Refund policy
No refunds will be issued for products that match the order specifications. The only exception applies to products that are deemed unfit for consumption. In such cases, the products will be refunded without requiring a return, provided the following procedure is followed:
Non-Consumable Products
Sambal Alex will directly refund any products deemed unfit for consumption. To qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send your order number to sambalalexmtl@gmail.com with the subject line: Order Issue.
- Include the purchase location, date, and receipt in the email.
- Attach a photo of the non-consumable product.
Once we receive your email, a member of the Sambal Alex team will contact you to confirm the next steps.
Processing time for refund requests is 1 to 5 business days, provided all the above requirements are met.
