Sambal Alex offers delivery across Canada via Canada Post. Any order destined for a Canadian province or territory will be processed under the following terms. Orders placed for destinations outside Canada will be automatically rejected and refunded. For international orders, please contact us at info@sambalalex.com to discuss possible options.

Sambal Alex reserves the right to choose the most appropriate shipping method. Typical delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days after the order has been handed over to Canada Post. However, delays may occur depending on carrier workload or your geographical location.

As we rely on third-party services, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Our team is available to help track your shipment and ensure its successful delivery.

To avoid shipping issues, please provide a complete and accurate address (including apartment number and postal code, if applicable) when placing your order. Sambal Alex will not cover any additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Any order deemed undeliverable due to inaccurate information may incur additional charges.
